The scope of work under contract required painting of an eight floor office block covering approximately 20,000 Sq.ft and sealing of windows with PU sealant and silicon sealant of masonry joints and aluminium joints respectively covering approximately 13,500 Sq.ft.
Additionally they carried out surface preparation and spray painting of aluminium window frames and the entire extended canopy of the basement car park.
We confirm that the work carried out by the contractor has been to our satisfaction on a warranty basis.
