Pabro carried out the project to seal and paint the exterior of our apartment block during 2016 in conjunction with CIC, the Akzo Nobel local paint supplier. Pabro completed the job to our satisfaction and worked with CIC to ensure that the final product was good enough quality for sign off of the warranties. Pabro management were responsive to our demands for good preparation and finish and attended the numerous inspections we conducted personally to ensure the job was carried out to the standard initially promised. They were also flexible and helpful in completing small extra pieces of work not within the original scope and sorting out any "snagging" issues. We chose Pabro after a lengthy tendering process and the owners are content with the end result and the choice they made in selecting Pabro.

The scope of work under contract required painting of an eight floor office block covering approximately 20,000 Sq.ft and sealing of windows with PU sealant and silicon sealant of masonry joints and aluminium joints respectively covering approximately 13,500 Sq.ft. Additionally they carried out surface preparation and spray painting of aluminium window frames and the entire extended canopy of the basement car park. We confirm that the work carried out by the contractor has been to our satisfaction on a warranty basis.

PABRO MASTER PAINTERS did an excellent, high quality exterior painting work, at our Head Office Building, Colombo 1 The scope of painting work under contract was 45,000 Sq feet. The painting was done using Rope access method and it was very convenient to us as a client and especially we must say we carried out our day to day work without any disturbance to our staff and customers Also we did not hear single complaint from internally or externally while job is in progress. The painters arrived on the agreed date and time, worked diligently for full days until the work was completed Their work areas were neat, and they cleaned up after they completed their assignment.
